Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) Department
The Knowledge and Information Management department's function is to ensure that the Executive and all MDU staff are comprehensively supported in their work by a world-class knowledge infrastructure providing them with easy access to the knowledge and information they need, including accurate statistical and financial information for decision making and for external parties, a case file administration service to assist in the provision of services to members and facilities to store and share information with others across the company
